Began developing Swainsboro, GA. service area. Swainsboro

Began offering commercial phone, TV and internet services in Claxton, GA / Awarded Smart Rural Community designation. Smart Rural Award

Completed FTTH project, awarded Gig Certification, began offering stand-alone broadband at 40mbps, began commercial phone, TV and internet services in Louisville and Sandersville, GA.

Began offering services in Wrens and Americus, GA/Purchased Cogentes, Inc., adding a northern location to computer services group. Pineland Cogentes is now known as Responsive Technology Partners.
