Exceptional customer service and great internet, TV, and phone packages. Fiber optic internet is the bomb. Unlike the "big" companies, when you call to talk to a customer service rep, you talk to a real person and not put on hold for hours. Every last person I have encountered with Pineland Telephone has exceeded my expectations and are very friendly.

Moved to Metter 30 years ago when I married a local. Started with phone service and have grown with them as they added services...very pleased...

Both ladies in the Swainsboro office were very nice and informative when I inquired about new service and when beginning the service. I was a little disappointed in the wait time from application to installation but we were not in a hurry after 5 years of not having internet and cable service we could wait a few more days. Price is comparable. The internet service is great, very fast. Especially considering we are in a very rural area. The installers were very nice and extremely patient with my toddler niece who was very nosey. We would recommend Pineland to anyone in their service area!

I can not speak highly enough about Pineland’s service and staff. When they brought fiber optics to Americus, we were among the first to sign up. The internet service has been fast and reliable. Their phone service solution was much less expensive and a better quality of sound than our former VOIP service. The phone service was a critical tool to help us transition to a work at home option for our insurance agency. We took our desk phones with us and with some IT support from Matt and company, they are working the same as we had them in our office. We can transfer calls and have conversations with each other as if we were sitting at our normal work stations. This was extremely helpful for us. Our agency is working hard to process our clients’ health insurance payments so they have the coverage when they might need it the most during this pandemic crisis. We had two service issues that Shawn went out of the way to solve. The first was to bring us a larger router. He did this after hours. The second was to come to my house to give us longer cat cables so our home work stations could be connected to our home routers. He didn’t have to do either, but that is the kind of support he is giving to Pineland’s Americus customers. I’d highly recommend Pineland.

Excellent customer service! Rarely have to report a problem, but when we do, Pineland is quick to resolve it. Reliable, fast internet. Nothing negative to say about Pineland/

Could not be happier with the over all service from Pineland. After years of dealing with companies that you could not reach and would not return calls, it is just so refreshing to deal with a company that not only provides great service, but will actually answer the phone.

This is our first year having a second internet connection and we have been very pleased with the overall setup and installation that was done along with the service has been great! Matt has been wonderful in getting all of our needs setup for this.
