What is Switch for Six?
New Pineland Mobile customers choosing a Gig 30 or Gig 50 plan receive six months of free plan service and no activation fee. After the six free months, the regular monthly plan rate applies: $30 for Gig 30 or $50 for Gig 50. The Gig plan is not included.
Do I need Pineland internet?
Yes. Pineland Mobile is available to Pineland broadband customers. If you don’t have our internet yet, contact our team or check your address to get started.
Can I keep my current phone number?
In most cases, yes. We’ll check whether your number can transfer. Have your current provider’s account number and transfer PIN ready, and keep your existing service active until the transfer is complete.
Can I bring my current phone?
Your phone must be unlocked and compatible with the service. We’ll help check it using its IMEI, the device identification number found in your phone’s settings. Your current provider can help with unlocking requirements.
Where will my mobile service work?
Pineland Mobile offers nationwide coverage. Service availability and performance vary by location and device. Ask our team to check the places you use your phone most before choosing your service.
Are talk and text included?
Yes. All three plans include unlimited talk and text. The monthly data amounts are 1 GB on Gig, 30 GB on Gig 30, and 50 GB on Gig 50.
Will mobile be on my Pineland internet bill?
Your mobile service is billed separately from your Pineland broadband service. Our team will explain how to access and manage your mobile billing when you enroll.
Does six months free include a new phone?
The offer covers qualifying mobile plan service and waives the activation fee. A new phone is purchased separately. You can also bring an unlocked, compatible phone you already own.
