PLEASE NOTE: TVPlus accounts will be pro-rated from the time we start your billing through the end of that billing cycle plus 1 month in advance. Charges do not include taxes and franchise fees. There is a $25 service charge applied to your account if TVPlus customer makes a service call to their home. If you want Pineland to locate and repair a customer-owned problem, we now charge $25 per half hour for labor, plus the cost of materials. In the event of disconnection of TVPlus service, all set-top boxes and remote controls must be returned in working condition to Pineland Telephone's main office in Metter, GA. Failure to do so will result in an equipment charge on your final bill.
